These terms govern your use of this website, operated by ML Turner Construction Management LLC (“M.L.Turner”, “we”, “us”), at mlturner.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They are not a construction contract and they do not govern any project. Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this site alters that agreement.

What this site is

This site exists to describe our firm and show our completed work. Nothing on it is an offer, a bid, a proposal, a quote, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing on it creates a contractual or professional relationship between us.

Project descriptions, photographs, and credits are provided for illustration. Scope, cost, and schedule are specific to each project and are established only in a signed agreement.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site current and accurate, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — photographs, text, our name and logo — belongs to us or to the photographers, architects, and designers credited alongside it, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and share pages and link to the site. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our photography or copy for commercial purposes, including in your own marketing or in AI training datasets, without our written permission.

Where a project photograph credits a photographer, architect, or designer, that credit reflects their retained rights and permission must come from them as well.

Submitting information to us

Do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive personal information through the contact form. It is not an encrypted channel. If you need to send us something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

We link to third-party sites, including our Instagram profile and the job board hosting our open positions. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Licensing

M.L.Turner holds California Contractors State License Board license # 1116688. Reference to that license on this site is a statement of fact about our licensure and is not a warranty of any particular result.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under any signed agreement between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
