Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

This policy explains what information ML Turner Construction Management LLC (“M.L.Turner”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This is a brochure website. There are no user accounts, no logins, no payments, and nothing to subscribe to. The only information you can deliberately send us is what you type into the contact form.

Who we are

ML Turner Construction Management LLC California Contractors State License Board # 1116688

Questions about this policy: info@mlturnercm.com

Information you give us

If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it leads to a project, to carry on that conversation.

Form submissions are delivered to our internal project-tracking system (monday.com) so that an inquiry is assigned to a person rather than sitting in a shared inbox. monday.com processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

We do not sell this information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone outside the firm and the service providers named in this policy. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, this one records basic technical information about visits: pages viewed, approximate geographic region, referring site, browser and device type, and time of visit.

We use Google Analytics 4 for this. It sets cookies in your browser to distinguish one visit from another and to recognize a returning visitor. Google processes this data on our behalf; we have not enabled advertising features, audience remarketing, or Google Signals, and we do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

We look at this information in aggregate, to answer questions like which project pages people actually read and whether changes to the site improved anything. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it, and we do not combine it with contact form submissions.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.

Other storage

If you switch the site between light and dark appearance, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

How long we keep things

Contact form submissions are retained as business records for as long as we may reasonably need them, and longer where a contract resulted. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule for our property.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond within a reasonable period. If we are unable to delete something — because it forms part of a contract record or we are required to keep it — we will tell you why.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

This site links to third-party sites, including our Instagram profile and the job board we use for open positions. Those sites have their own privacy policies and this one does not apply to them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
